We provide in-house and on-site service for Macs, iPods and related products. We are able to quote, diagnose, order and repair all from our service facility

We offers warranty repairs as well as software installs, backup and updates for all of Apple's supported machines. 

Our service technicians are all certified by Apple and have a wealth of experience to draw on to help you solve your problems.

What should I do before I come in?

We recommend backing up your Mac before you come in. If you do not already own an external hard drive, you may wish to purchase one at our store or take advantage of our Backup Service Below

You may also wish to take a video or a photo of the symptoms that you may be experiencing with the Mac, this will help us further understand your issue. 

If you are bringing along an accessory that came with your Mac (i.e battery, charger, mouse or keyboard.) Please take note of the serial number of your Mac as the warranty for those peripherals are linked to the Mac.

Turn Around Times

At Galmac we pride ourselves in quality work but at the same time we like to get your computer back to you as fast as possible. Our general turn around time is only 3-5 business days (unless we have to wait for parts).

BackUp Service

Before you book your Mac into service you should ensure all your precious files are safely backed up. At Galmac we will make this even easier for you with the Backup Service.We will safely archive all of your files with a Backup Service from only €100 inc vat, plus you get to keep the hard drive. Currently available in 500GB and 1TB options.
